The Willows Care Centre

The Willows care centre has 39 large bedrooms, each with their own individual character. Most of these rooms have their own ensuite shower or bath & w/c. We encourage the residents using our service to personalise their rooms however they like to make it feel like a home from home environment. if they wish to bring their own furniture, or even some family photographs. All rooms are furnished to a high standard, with their own furniture. The Willows Care centre provides Additional Services such as lift access, Hairdresser, Chiropodist and a variety of social and recreational activities with an activity co-ordinator on every day of the week. 

Our team here at The Willows Care Centre’s mission is to bring independence, hospitality and support to our residents. This is so we can enhance their quality of life on a day-to-day basis and provide peace of mind in a safe and welcoming environment. The team is passionate and committed to providing round-the-clock care intervention and companionship, to our residents. We aim to provide care with warmth and reassurance. Our residential home understands the personal needs of each family member is different, and that their care should be customised and personalised to meet their individual needs, in a person centred way. We want the residents placed in our care, to have an enhanced quality of life throughout their daily experiences. We deliver a range of flexible support services, we will ensure people with challenging needs are as independent as possible, and that they are supported to attend and connect to their local community. By listening to our residents, we understand what matters to them most, we ensure that we deliver exceptional residential care.
